Pipes V1 used to try and display a small favicon next to each feed URL. In V2 all the icons are showing as orange triangles with an exclamation mark. In V1 this icon suggested that there *might* be an issue with the feed. I'm now getting a number of V2 users asking "What's wrong with my feed?" because they see the orange triangle and exclamation mark (even though it's quite obvious from the debugger that the feed is working!).
Please either get the icon system working as before (or better), or get rid of the icons.
