A trivial python based server program, which aims to utilize the ping packet for sending messages between hosts

The following is supported:

1. Message Source and Destination ID (like email ID) tracking

Future releases would include:

1. Encoding/Decoding 2. Encryption 3. A web site which hosts the server side script so that people can send/receive messages by pinging to that website with the right payload in their ICMP packets
