Translating pidgin-musictracker into your langugage
pidgin-musictracker supports a translatable UI. Additional translations and updates and corrections to existing translations are welcome. The translations can be edited online at Launchpad. You will need to create a Launchpad account to add to translations. If you are adding a translation for a new language, after creating an Launchpad account, you'll need to visit https://launchpad.net/people/+me/+editlanguages and tell Launchpad you speak the language you want to translate to. Alternatively, if you don't want to use Launchpad The file po/musictracker.pot is a template containing all the translatable messages. You can create an empty translation file by copying and editing it or by using the msginit program provided by GNU gettext. Add the translated text for msgid lines to the msgstr lines, and raise a new issue with your translation file attached. You may find it useful to refer to the Screenshots whilst translating |
Hi I have started localizing this plug-in at Launchpad. Some of the strings is only in use if you use SqueezeCenter?. I find it very difficult to translate strings I cannot see. Is it possible to get some screen shots of UI with these strings?
