it would be helpful to set something like [SUMMARY:20]{SUMMARY}[/SUMMARY]
in article listing templates, to fix that value from default, and backend
user need not to attend to this.

could the sumary be either words or characters?
Words - [SUMMARY:W20]{SUMMARY}[/SUMMARY]
Characters - [SUMMARY:C20]{SUMMARY}[/SUMMARY]
I find it better to have a summary or teaser have a maximum characters as it makes
the teaser template word area exact.
