I need to be able to run a set of tests on four compiler versions and four
configuration versions of php (yes that's 16) each with their own ini
options  (for different extension_dir paths) - a big order ....

Currently I'm running them each separately by changing the PATH each time
in a batch file..but that's getting old ;)  can we get a --php option to
change the php binary to be run?

This is in the works, but is not considered a release blocker for v0.2alpha.
