Perlwikibot is a simple Mediawiki bot framework written in Perl. On CPAN, the module is called MediaWiki::Bot.

The framework is easily extensible with plugins. Currently there is a plugin for admin functions like deleting pages and blocking users. A plugin for steward functions is in alpha.
