perl-igmp-querier is an IGMP Querier for perl, to enable IGMP Snooping on switches that don't have inbuilt queriers. Simply broadcasts an IGMP 0x11 General Membership Query packet every 10 seconds using the Socket package. I think it requires root.

Written because I couldn't find anything similar on the internet anywhere, and mrouted wouldn't do anything for me. Probably slightly errant in its initial state, but should still do the job with slight modifications.
