"perchat" ist ein web-basiertes Kommunikationssystem für Behinderte mit starken Einschränkungen im Sprechen und Hören aber mit minimaler Interaktionsmöglichkeit mit Tastatur, Maus oder Touchpanel eines Computers/Tabletts/Smartphones. Es ermöglicht ein normales web-basiertes Chat erweitert durch vorgefertigte - aber einfach modifizierbare - Textbausteine. Programmversionen können getestet werden unter:
