Introduction

This page describes how to obtain the source code and build Peacock.

Requirements

In order to build Peacock you will need to have the following:

• Mac OS X 10.5.4 or newer
• Developer Tools installed (Xcode, Interface Builder)
• a Subversion client
• helpgenerator
• RBSplitView plugin

Install requirements

Before continuing make sure you have all of the above requirements installed on your computer.

Obtaining Source Code

Follow the instructions here to obtain the source code.

Create Help Files

Use the helpgenerator application to create the help files from the skeleton help files.

Build

In Xcode, press "Build".
