We dream of a program which will allow us to put all our information in one place. You will be able to link any piece of information, whatever their source (say: quick notes, RSS feeds, or e-mails) to points of interest (perhaps: locations, people or collections), any of which can be wrapped in collections (work, office, factory). Intuitive interfaces will allow for quickly adding new information, which fast cross-referencing (handled by the underlying database) will allow you to assemble every piece of information on a particular subject instantly. Think of it as your hard-disk, PIM, e-mail reader and newsreader wrapped into one.
