PacketMultibroadcaster is a library that was inspired by Java capturing and encoding libraries (such as JOGL, JxCapture, and Xuggler's Xuggler) and the need as a developer to be able to loosely implement any combination of these to create a multi-capture / multi-encode system without the complication of dealing with thread management.

In layman's terms this means, you can implement any Java capture and/or encoding methodology you want and loosely let them communicate.

To a programmer's benefit, all of their focus can be on implementing custom Sources (such as JxCapture, Robot screen capture, TargetDataLine audio capture, etc.) and custom Writers (such as Xuggler's MediaWriter) since communication and concurrency is handled by the library. All you have to do is write your own Source and Writer, extend Source or Writer respectively, and implement the appropriate hooks and your ready to start capturing and encoding.
