I'd like to use OWLtools to check whether an ontology is a DAG - failing if it is not. If this is already possible, please could it be documented. If not, please could this feature be added.

(OORT has one likely looking option: '--run-obo-basic-dag-check'. But I've been unable to find a way to get this to do anything. )

This is not yet available in the owltools runner. But this can be easily added to the runner.
What kind of options and reports do you want as result?
