This system for converting individuals to classes for use with Elk is proving very fruitful for VFB's current work with bulk neuron image data.

But it would be better if there were some way to distinguish the ex-individuals generated by this method from regular classes. Addition of some standard annotation could work and is probably safest, but a new class for these might be more useful still.

With the latest ELK it is no longer necessary to generate classes for axioms. We will probably deprecate the i2c option at some point.
