What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. load plant_ontology.obo as input
  2. on "Advanced" tab, unchecked all options and selected only "OBO" as "Write Format"
  3. used HermiT reasoner (default)

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

    The line in the header that reads:
    treat-xrefs-as-genus-differntia: CL part_of NCBITaxon: 3193

    was converted to:
    "property_value: "treat-xrefs-as-genus-differntia" "CL part_of NCBITaxon: 3193"

    What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

    Not sure what version, but I downloaded it last week.
    Using Mac OS X 10.6.8

    Please provide any additional information below.

    This extra text makes it so the file will not load in AmiGO.

There seems to be a spelling mistake in your tag, the correct spelling for this tag is:
'treat-xrefs-as-genus-differentia'

(You were missing an e in differentia)
