It seems Huawei is replacing Google Play Store with the Huawei AppGallery on some phones.

I sent this link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.osmtracker to a train driver in South Africa, the AppGallery intercepted the request and presented him with the following message:

App Title: AppGallery
Message: This app is not yet available in the current region.
