The OPML Troubleshooter is designed to be a "de-centralized" troubleshooting / faq / help system using outline processor markup language.

The idea is that faq/troubleshooting sections are sub divided into owners / moderators. However, unlike traditional moderation systems specific OPML files can be hosted on the owners own website, such that individuals may choose to host the faq using their own look and style while still maintaining the quality of content provided by all moderators.
