value="http://nuxlabs.com/wtmm_ver/00041/wtmm/hi5_install.php"/>
      <Param name="removePingUrl"
value="http://nuxlabs.com/wtmm_ver/00041/wtmm/hi5_uninstall.php"/>

There's a Shindig patch for this issue:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SHINDIG-640

Once this gets patched into Shindig, then orkut should push out this fix shortly
thereafter.
