Description of the bug/feature

My application is using ISO-8859-1 encoding for message bundle. It's
working fine in production and on the new 0.8 sandbox. Unfortunately it's
not working on regular sandbox.orkut.com

Accented chars are replaced by "?".

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Change your language to portuguese (so you will use accented msg bundles)
2. Load my application http://www.orkut.com.br/Appinfo.aspx?appId=393572937010
3. Install the application and see the main page (canvas)

Correct accent chars

What is the actual output?

Accented chars replaced by "?"
