June 16, 2010: Downloads are available for the first release (1.2) of the VWRAP Launcher helper app. This is the successor to the Cable Beach Launcher, which is why the version number is starting at 1.2. Currently only a Windows installer is available, but it should be much easier to support VWRAP Launch documents on Linux/OSX platforms than the old Cable Beach URI method. SimianGrid is compatible with OpenSim for virtual world simulation, giving you an infinite expanse of space and full control over your world. Get up and running quickly: SimianGrid compatibility is shipping with OpenSim 0.7.

Web Frontend

The themeable web interface provides the face for your world on the web. New users can quickly sign up for an account using the traditional registration form or OpenID. Manage your world through the administrator console and launch directly in-world through a web based login. With the upcoming VWRAP support, you can login to any VWRAP-enabled world with a single identity. Your avatar and inventory will follow wherever you roam.

WebDAV Inventory Access

Your inventory is accessible no matter what world you are in, including this one. Access your inventory with any WebDAV client including Microsoft Windows^TM, Apple OSX^TM, or Linux^TM desktops.
