this event is not shown in red5 at the moment.
I did not find a way to force red5-to throw this event.
It may be connected to the red5-version.
However you can see a behavior in the connected clients if _one_ client has Bandwidth
Problems:
There are thrown a lot of NetStream.Butter.Full/NetStream.Butter.Empty Events. This
is wired as it is not directly caused by Bandwidth. We should check future
Red5-Version or maybe check the red5-Sources where they throw the Event.

Hi, may be can, on login screen or, in aplication loading, check a bandwith test
(downloading a file) and check speed to warn us in an icon on main screen (grenn=ok,
yellow=warn, red=low) this status.
This test can help to moderator chating to participant with problem and help to
repair them.

Hi, is it better to check the bandwidth of client at the time of login.The client
having required bandwidth or not.bcz the client will face many problems after login
into room [lagging in stream].i tried on low speed internet connection i face lagging
in stream.
