DllNotFoundException

Put OpenCV's dlls (cx110.dll, cxcore110.dll, ml110.dll and highgui110.dll) into the same directory as the executable file (ex. bin/Debug).
Check that you have installed Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package and/or Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package.

BadImageFormatException / TypeInitializationException

Change your project's target platform from "Any CPU" to "x86".
