Welcome to the homepage for the OpenCollar project. OpenCollar provides a set of free, open source scripts commonly used in collar objects within Second Life™. The scripts give the ability for one avatar to control another's animations, report on the other's activities in-world, punish for saying disallowed words, and much more. OpenCollar also provides a convenient interface to the features of the Restrained Life Viewer.
