Hi,
I do not know it is OK to write the problem in here. However it is quite emergency for me ,maybe for all people who is using opencart and Skrill(Moneybookers) as well.
I am using OC1.5.3.1 and Skirll payment gateway for about 6 months, it is working fine until yesterday.
In last 12 hours, all order paid by Skrill can not insert an order details in admin's order part . I tested other order via Paypal, bank transfer, Western Union, etc. they are fine and left the records in admin order list.
Only Skrill made this thing happened!
I think it is not an opencart issue, but I did not change my system in last 2 months, as xmas is very busy time, I want to be peaceful. ..
Now , I have to shut down shop to waiting for Skrill reply. Because even people placed an order and paid in Skrill successfully, I still do not what customer ordered...
Anyone is same as me ??
Bless you.

skill is working fine for me. i suggest you hire a developer is this is an emergency and you had to close your shop down.

relying on a free support for a business that makes money is not a clever thing to do.

possibly you have deleted an order status that was being used by the moneybookers extension.

actually i have no idea why this would happen.

do you mean the orders are not appearing? what about the the missing orders status?

are you using the default moneybookers that came with opencart

if so make sure the secret words are the same.

moneybookers has a system where you can restrict ip addresses. you should check your server ip matches up.

check your ip information.

if you are not the only person to have access to the admin maybe your staff did something and are not telling you.

Hi,
I already sent an email to Moneybookers. I am using the default MB module built in Opencart.
The issue is: customer can place an order and pay via Moneybookers without any problem , but after payment made, normally , opencart will get the MB's call back and update the order details and status.
Now, MB just jump back to my site and Opencart admin order list does not record any order from MB only. So, I know someone pay me and place order with me via MB, I can see it in MB account, but I do not know what they did order ??
This happens 1st time and I never met it before...

The order status, I did not change any order status and MB module setting.
But the issue happens !
Now, for every new order from MB, , I have no idea about their order status, should be processing as they got payment. But I totally can not see the order record on admin's order list .

Hi Daniel,
I got the reply from MB :
"
Thank you for your email.

This issue has already been reported and we’re working on a resolution. Seems that the reason for it is that Open Cart has changed some of their server setting without notifying us and therefore we are no longer able to send successful status reports to the status URLs hosted by them.

Will keep you posted.

Thanks,"

What is your idea ? I am confused.

Thank you for reply. Just one question, if my hosting company change my server location from USA to UK for example and keep the same IP to my site. Will the MB fail to update the order status ?
Many thanks.

you should go to your order list page. where it says status at the top select missing orders or abandoned orders and see if your missing skill orders are there.

Yes ! I saw the missing order , skrill orders are in here ! but their status are cancelled(they are paid, should be processing status.)
Anyway, at least I can find some orders now , really helps me !
Why order list never show these missing orders ? I think the order list is an all orders' group. It is my oversight.

it means the call back from momneybookers is not working.

could mean the secret words in the opencart site and your site do not match.

they sent this

Hi,

A number of customers have already reported an issue they currently have with their Open Cart websites. It looks like we are not able to send successful status reports at the moment and the merchants do not get a confirmation for their payments and their order details. As per our Integration support, the issue is most probably caused by the fact that Open cart has changed some of their DNS server settings without letting us know so we are not able to reach their servers now. Can you please urgently contact Open Cart and ask them if they have made some DNS server changes on their end indeed?

opencart does not host any sites. so i think its the hosting company.

Thank you for the news. Opencart is working fine, there is the problem about hosting.
Last night I called my hosting company, they confirmed they did not change anything about the hosting server and my VPS.
So, will the issue happen in DNS server? I am using the Godaddy one.
Still in fixing it ,if I sort it out , I will write a post to share this story.
BTW, I have not changed the secret words for 1 year.
