based on starbox release 0.3.0.4

This is based on a project released by Nick Stakenburg (http://www.nickstakenburg.com). With his latest release 1.1.0, the licensing terms have changed. I am making an older release available that was released under the MIT license, to ensure that it remains open, and updated and please contribute updates with newest versions of prototype and scriptaculous. Updates will be much appreciated.
