What the user should be able to change (layout will be probably multi-tab):

Select galaxy: [<] Main campaign [>]
  - take its galaxy.xml, planets.xml
  - strip planets of buildings
  - from the list of available campaigns
  - Tooltip: number of planets, width x height

Select technology: [<] Main campaign [>]
  - take its tech.xml, buildings.xml, walks.xml, bridge.xml

Select races for template: [<] Main campaign [>]
  - take its players.xml, diplomacy.xml
  - races present in both technology and players are only available later

Technology level: [<] 5 [>]

Initial money: [<] 100,000 cr [>]

Number of starting planets: [<] 3 [>]

[X] Start with colony hub on each planet

[X] Grant colony ship technology, grant: [<] 1 [>] free unit

[X] Grant orbital factory technology, grant [<] 1 [>] free unit

Starting diplomatic relations: [<] Peaceful [>]
   - Peaceful, War, Race defaults

Name
  - editable via double click
  - mini input box dialog

Race
  - mini list dialog

Ship icon
  - mini image matrix
  - determines the race's label color (average color of the ship icons)

Group
  - mini input box dialog for a number
  - groups start out as allies and very high relations. The starting diplomatic relations are established between groups.

AI
  - mini list dialog: User, Pirate, Trader, AI: Easy, AI: Normal, AI: Heavy (dev: have difficulty field per Player objects, AI routine should take it from there, and not from the World.)

  - display a list of the previously saved skirmish_2012-08-17T22-36-12-334.xml style files. The actual save-name is inside the xml

  - Bring up a small overlay dialg with:

    Name: [.....................]
    Override:
       My first          08-17 22:36

    [Delete]   [Save]   [Cancel]

[Play]
