After having switched to the Nontopoly Model, the error 


net.ontopia.topicmaps.nav2.core.NavigatorRuntimeException:
net.ontopia.topicmaps.query.core.BadObjectReferenceException: No topic with
subject identifier 'http://psi.ontopia.net/ontology/is-hidden' found

arises

when trying to access any topic or instance. This affects any topic map in
the used installation.

Um, yes. It seems like there are references to Ontopoly PSIs that are no longer 
in 
use in the new Ontopoly. This clearly needs to be fixed.

The files that need to be fixed are in ontopia/src/webapps/omnigator/models, 
and are 
association_nontopoly.jsp, topic_nontopoly.jsp, and topicmap_nontopoly.jsp.

A workaround for this problem is to export the topic map without a schema from 
Ontopoly and then view the exported topic map in Omnigator. It's awkward, but 
at 
least it works.

If someone does not want to wait for the next release or does not want to 
recompile
the suite, simply copy the attached file (not the file from the SVN!) into 

/path-to-oks-samplers/apache-tomcat/webapps/omnigator/functions

and the error is gone.
