The current code builds Ontopia from the tomcat.tar.gz distribution, which 
omits tomcat.exe and service.bat. These files are necessary on Windows to set 
up Tomcat as a Windows service, which most Windows users typically want to do. 
The .zip file includes these files, so changing over from the .tar.gz to the 
.zip should be the only necessary change.

Should we include the 32 or 64 bits version?

I'd say the 64-bit. You may well need the extra memory.
