Apache Tomcat should be updated to 5.5.33 #378

The standard Ontopia package constains and installs Apache Tomcat 5.5.27 
(according to the log: INFO 2011-03-11 15:32:16,809 core.StandardEngine - 
Starting Servlet Engine: Apache Tomcat/5.5.27). 

The last version of Apache Tomcat 5 is 5.5.33. According to the 
http://tomcat.apache.org/security-5.html there have been minimally 13 security 
issues (CVE) fixed since version 5.5.27.

Actually, now that Ontopia is Java 6 compatible, Tomcat 7.0.10 is the latest 
stable

The mavenized trunk is now using Tomcat 6
