What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load the attached topic map into Ontopoly
2. Go to the Instances page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I created a new topic type but did not specify a name for it when I created it.
After I left the page I can't figure out any way to select this topic type so
that I can either give it a name or delete the topic.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
