Query plugin in Omnigator doesn't handle non-latin-1 characters correctly #264

Go to the query plugin, and type in the following query:

update value($TN, "München")
from topic-name(munich, $TN)

and press "Update". The result is that the city of München gets a new name 
with a broken second character.
