Older versions of Ontopoly supported user roles when used with
authentication, so that not all users would have access to all functions
in Ontopoly. We need to document how to set up and use this in the new
Ontopoly.

The current Ontopoly does not support the old user roles, and I doubt that it
ever will. The new authentication and authorization support is documented on
the wiki: http://code.google.com/p/ontopia/wiki/OntopolyHowTo

Note that the old user roles support can easily be implemented on top of the
current pluggable authorization support.
