About

Livecoding is a software developped with openframeworks and based upon its ofxJavascript addon.

It allows to modify a javascript program at runtime allowing to see in real time how the modifications affect the behaviour and the flow of the executed code. The modifications in the script can be made locally or remotely, by sending a new script from a remote client computer.

The version 0.1 was developped with Vision Factory framework developped @ 2Roqs. It was used as part of a workshop with students of l'atelier Hypermedia in Aix-en-Provence in December 2008.

Basic instructions

• CTRL + o : choose a .js sketch to load.
• CTRL + e : open editor for the current .js
• CTRL + c : show / hide console.
• CTRL + r : call setup() on the loaded sketch.
