Notifications/events should be fired by the tuple space engine on all db
manipulations, ie. create/delete domain, put/delete attributes.

One should be able to constrain notifications to certain conditions, e.g. a
particular domain is deleted or certain attributes are replaced or a whole
item removed.

Care must be taken to make notifications scalable!
