NoticeBoard was a free simple light theme for Wordpress.org self-hosted, based on Zialingua.com (now Ziawiki.com) design.

This Wordpress theme development is now discontinued. This theme never made into the [Wordpress.org] theme repository because:

• [Wordpress.org] theme checkers always found things not compliant to [Wordpress.org] guidelines.
• [Wordpress.org] has an arrogant attitude to want that theme developers must be able to build themes without complete guidelines on their website. One has to jump here and there on their website and every where else on the net to put together a manual on how to build a compliant Wordpress theme.
• [Wordpress.org] should tell people HOW and in a properly organized manual on their website.

NoticeBoard is now being developed as a standalone framework. See it working at Ziawiki.com.
