The Noble Ape Simulation has been developed (as the Nervana Simulation) since 1996. The aim of the simulation is to create a detailed biological environment and a cognitive simulation. It is intended as a palette for open source cross-platform development on Windows, Mac and Linux. A community of users receive information on the development through the monthly mailout.
