The Nimr Music Server is a tool for scanning your music files and creating an online library to display and access your music remotely. It uses a PHP backend to scan your files and then stores them in a MySQL database for easy searching and browsing. It also adds a layer of protection as you can store your music files outside your apache root folder and still access them with nimr.
