• Custom external player will not work on MacOS X.
•  Issue 21  - Download manager will be unable to download video if there is some text in the search textbar.
• NicoFox Player required latest Flash Player and JavaScript enabled. If you cannot open the NicoFox Player when NoScript is enabled, try to add file:// to whitelist, though it may be an unsafe workaround.
• Due to website changes in Nico Nico Douga, the download function is broken in NicoFox older than 0.3.5. It had been fixed in 0.3.6.

•  Issue 8  - Comment download should be optional, not forced
• Due to the interface change in (秋), the video download link will not display in the video page until the description is expanded.
• The cache system is unstable so all of the downloads will bypass cache.
• "External Player" is bundled with operation system file association and cannot be customized. (nsIProcess in Win32 has a bug and do not support Unicode parameter, so the original customizable option is dropped.)
• Preferences window in MacOS X is strange.

•  Issue 5  - Download link in video page disappeared when toolbar is closed
