Desktop Wallpaper Love

Desktop Wallpaper Love is a python utility which creates a Wallpaper from National Geographic Photo of the day, or Flickr Interestingness or Flickr Images from Yahoo Buzz Feeds and sets it as the Desktop Wallpaper.

It can be run standalone or can be scheduled as a service.

Major portion of the application was developed during Yahoo Hackday India. This also won the best Desktop hack prize.

Pre-Requisites

1. Needs Python
2. Requires Python Windows Extensions
3. Requires Python Imaging Library
4. Requires Beautiful Soup Library

Usage

1. Install all the Pre - Requisities.
2. Download the zip file.
3. Run python desktopwallpaper.py
