Allow user to choose if new-tab-jumpstart's search bar or AwesomeBar is selected when new tab is created #59

In the newest release 0.5a.5.4, whenever the new-tab-jumpstart page is loaded, 
its search bar steals focus from the AwesomeBar. While I understand that this 
is a new feature, I would prefer it if I could disable this behavior.

It can be done through about:config screen, it's not on UI at the moment.
Configuration is:
mlalevic.jumpstart.focus_on_search
Set it to false and search won't be focused anymore.
Will add configuration parameter on preferences window for the next version
