Analyze XYT images of neural networks taken using a two photon laser microscope and detect patterns in the activity of these neural networks using statistical based data mining.

The high level interaction scheme can be summarized as follows:

1) Once the image is loaded, the user does various manipulations on it to clean in and make it more workable.

2) Neurons marking - the user marks the neurons found in the image whose dynamics will be analyzed.

3) Spike sorting - the user identifies the spikes (action potentials) of each neuron.

4) Pattern detection - creating correlogram and based on them detect activity patterns - namely neural activity chains and neural activity groups.
