Steps

1. Download the latest plugin from the Downloads page
2. Open Netbeans
3. Go to Tools > Plugins
4. Click the "Downloaded" tab
5. Click the "Add Plugins..." button
6. Select the plugin that you downloaded in step (1)
7. Select that plugin in the pane on the left, and click the "Install" button below
8. Done!
