The Nephtali Yahoo! Search Module is a download that simplifies the process of adding a search to your website.

Just sign up for an account through Yahoo!, download and unzip the module and place it in your NMod directory, and then use Nephtali page integrations to include the functionality in any page you have by including the code below in your page's init() method:
