Systools consists of two .ndll modules (one Windows and one OS-X) and a haXe API exposing their functionality in a cross-platform manner

Pre-compiled binaries are available via haXelib. Issue 'haxelib install systools' from terminal or command prompt. (For more information on how to use haxelib, refer to http://haxe.org)
