Same Origin Violation via a temporary file

Nacl Version: nacl_windows_46_2009_03_12.zip

Native Client has same-origin policy violation. Files that are loaded by
embed-tags are saved into a temporary directory. Then NaClNPN_OpenURL API
can read the files from the temporary directory.

This was fixed in build 57 released on 30 March.
