Uploading private keys to a remote server is not a good idea. Please disable 
the Upload field until we find a alternative secure way of doing this.

It's as safe as typing your password. What I can do is allow administrators to 
disable it.

In the interest of security, your gpg keys should never leave your computer. 
This is major security flaw in Narro. 

Please disable this on all locales by default.
