When adding a vote, the feedback is a text that appears above the text entry 
box.  This causes the resize of the translation pane and the whole page 'jumps' 
a bit when it is drawn.

Also, the text isn't emphasized with respect to the background so it is 
difficult to spot that a vote had been cast.

Suggesting using the same alert type butterbar that is used when reporting a 
saved translation: yellow background and and exclamation icon.
