I think there is duplicate of this bug somewhere.
When you a user logins in, please check for the default language setting in
user preferences and switch it to that language.

Right now, the order is as follows:
1. language passed through the l parameter
2. language passed through cli parameter
3. language taken from user preferences
4. language taken from the list of accepted browser languages
5. language is set to the first active language
Are you asking to actually switch to the language set in preferences no matter
what's in the URL or reporting that accessing the URL as
http://a.maimult.ro/lmo/ does not set the language as expected ?
I assume if you are logged out and do that, you'll get the first active
language in the url and after you login you'll stick to that. That would be
something to fix, but please confirm.
