What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Download and install the sample language page on Firefox 4 
https://l10n.mozilla.org/narro/data/import/14/Firefox%204.0.x-my-MM.xpi
2. Go to Tools > Addons > Languages
3. You will the installed language pack as English (US) 


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When a project is exported, the language pack (toolkit/defines.inc) should be 
modified to reflect correct locale description 

What version of the product are you using?
https://l10n.mozilla.org/narro/ 

What operating system are you using?
Mac/Linux

What browser are you using? (name and version)
Firefox 4
