Generate an xml or sql file containing the strings and all the suggestions
of one project, so that alternate translation can be made.

Could you be more specific about this please ? It may sound stupid at first, but
presenting a real world step by step process makes it easier to understand.

For instance, I want to make an alternate translation of wordpress, written in
romenglish. I know that certain translation suggestions already made on
tradu.softwareliber.ro would fit my purpose, but they were not validated, so 
they are
lost when exporting the po file. 

In order to use them, I would need a way to get the strings and all the 
suggestions
made on those strings.
