Allow a normal user to edit his own suggestions and unvote his own votes #100

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. A normal user votes a suggestion

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
He should be able to unvote his own vote, but he can't.

What version of the product are you using?
Narro on l10n

Please provide any additional information below.
Instead of adding and voting a new unnecessary suggestion, it would be
better if the normal user could unvote his own vote. And it's fair because
it's still his own vote.

You cannot vote for your own suggestions right now. 
You should be able to delete your suggestions if they aren't used, will look 
into that.
